inspiration

9/28/08

ok so I just had a small life changing surgery and as I sit here looking at the stitches with a swollen stomach I realize that I have to get serious about loosing weight. I grew up a very slender female my friends nicknamed skeletor or walking boobs thanks to my body design. So I will start my plan tomorrow. I will head to the gym for lunch and will weigh myself. I will also develop a plan of nutrtion and excercise for the next month. My goal will be to loose 10 pounds by halloween. I will log my excercise and nurtion hopefully it will keep me motivated.

9/29/08
Went to the gym during lunch. Since the stitches still bother me a bit I put the treadmill on incline 15 and walked at 3.5mph. I broke out a small sweat nothing major. I weighed myself and I weighed in at 166LBS today. I had a 6 inch sub with light mayo, a minicake which is about 150 calories and broke down and had a bag of cheetos for a snack, that was bad. My stomach is still a bit swollen but I will measure it tonight and begin to measure it weekly. I only plan to weigh myself once a week also. I will stop at the grocery store and get some snack foods that will can be healthier choices. That is one of my weaknesses, my love of food and snacking out of boredom. I have to look for ideas to help steer me clear of this.
